UR UDP going from 2k to 2k2

Got a question> i removed my UR UDP from my 2000 maxima and want to put it on my 2k2, but it has the timing ring on it. Has anyone removed this and can give me a hint on what to do. I dont want to screw this thing up.

Different part numbers. I wouldn't try installing it.

he also has a failed VIS(not sure if relative...)
