3 Problems in one week with this POS !

First of all I picked it up at Nissan, last Thursday after the new tranny was installed. It broke down on the way home. I got it back to the dealer. I had a bad Cam sensor.....replaced.. Friday SES light back on. Dealer looked at it and now I had a bad Crank sensor.... ...Replaced ...... Im driving to Los Angeles, on Saturday, SES light goes back on. .... The car is choking for gas between 3k-5k rpms......Im getting real freakin pis.s.sed off ! Now the dealer says , I have a leak in my intake manifold , and need a new gasket. WTF !!!

Im not sure what they did to my Max , while they had it, but I had 3 damn things go wrong in a few days, after the dealer had it....Im so damn ticked. So far they have done all repairs at no charge. The intake gasket will be free, but they might be charging me labor, to install it. If they do, I will be one mad **** !

WTF is happening to this POS car !

They should have changed both the crank sensor AND the cam sensor at the same time as per the recall.

Like I've always said, dealers always break 3-things for every one they fix. That's why I fix everything possible myself BEFORE I submit to their butcher job.

I have everyone beat, In June of 01 I took my car in for the brake rotor TSB and they dropped my car off the lift. They caused almost $11,000 worth of damage and never fixed all of it. There are pics floating around somewere, I just dont feel like looking.

Question!
If your tranny slips and your car is 5 years old being a dodge durango with 40,000 miles, will they fix it free you think? Or will they tell me to pay it if it will be rebuilt? Like will they say, "you didn't maintain it properly."......Those excuses.

Make sure they replace BOTH Cam and Crank sensors.

News flash ! .....Its not the intake gasket anymore. I received a call today that its the Intake Solenoid !.......they are not sure if its covered under emissions warranty, which goes to 70 k miles...( Im at 59k miles)

Now I have to take my Max in on Saturday morning, so they can " Test it "...to make sure they know exactly if thats the problem. I asked them if pulling the code from the ecu , didnt give them the answer. They said, yes, but not always.....Once again, another Saturday where I am FAWCKED ! Im ready to snap real soon. I actually went to Ford tonight , to check out Cobras....

They might, but your probably past the warrenty.

I doubt it is the tranny though, instead its probably the TPS/Kickdown cable.
Check out www.dodgeboy.net and www.dodgetrucks.org
We have a 1998 Durango, 5.2l with the 46re. Special order from the factory, Have over 110,000 miles on it, hard miles with lots of towing and off-roading and we've never had a problem. (I'm going to be flushing the tranny saturday, for the first time, lol).

Quoting the "Supplement to 2000 Nissan," page 5:
"Nissan and your Nissan dealer want you to be totally satisfied with every aspect of owning and servicing your Nissan vehicle."
so what do you know, huh...

I'm just curious, when dealers do so much crap to our cars, aren't they thinking that we are potential buyers that probably won't come back to buy anything from them anymore? Very interesting...

Guess what , Im not satisfied. I have had all american cars before. I finally made the switch to imports. I do regret it . I could have gotten another WS6 or waited for a Cobra, but I went with the Max. I love my car, dont get me wrong....but Nissan makes a great motor, but the parts that surround it suck monkey ***** !
