Loose Belts!!!

How can you tell if the belts are loose? these are the belts that are on the left of the engine .My car squeals at the belt location till the engine becomes warm..is there any other way of checking this?
I'm going to the dealer for the second time becaus eof the squeal and he says it's normal..so i want him to check it another way to see if they are actually loose
thanks

-jack up the car
-remove the plastic cover right below the belt
-bend the section of the belt between the crank and AC compressor

if you can bend it more than 90 degree, it is too loose.
