I Need Help Imediately

I need somewhere that I can read/print the law that states that dealers can't void warranty unless they have proof that the product in question has caused the malfunction. Nissan is trying to f*ck me......Please help..a link or something.

Well i have been dealing with nissan for about one month about this http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=272618

and today after they had my car for two days. The dealer tells me that my warranty may be voided because of the intake, but he will have to discuss it with some other ppl. first. So I tell him the whole shebang about the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and he says I don't care about that stuff. If your warranty comes back voided then that is something you will have to take up with Nissan North Amercia. So I was supposed to go down to Charleson SC this weekend, and I ask him if my car is driveable and how safe it is and how much damage I will cause by driving 4 hrs. He goes and gets the tech. The tech tells me that he wouldn't drive it home let alone Charleston, he thinks he has narrowed it down to the #1 cylinder, and he thinks that there is something INSIDE !!!!!!WTF. So basically I am royally F*cked and I will be gettting a car back that is still not fixed with a voided warranty To boot. And I will probably be selling this piece of f*cking sh*t a$$ F*ck Stain of a car when I get it back or fixed. So everyone keep there eyes in th 5th Gen for sale section for some sh*t. I will keep everyone updated

Could it be a butterfly valve screw. Someone else had that problem and recently someone else posted that that was not as uncommon as one would think it to be. In any case, if it is that, I would think that Nissan should be responsible since it is known to happen.

DAMN...that was EXACTLY what I was thinking.

Bulldawg - Get it back...pull off the piece before the TB and look for any MISSING screws. Basically, there are screws that hold the throttle plate to the rod and there have been AT LEAST two incidences of one working its way out and being swallowed by the engine MAKING EXACTLY THOSE KIND OF SOUNDS~!!!!!!

That is prolly because it is directed out of the back of the engine. GGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. F*ck Nissan
