What happened to the talk of a SC kit for the 5.5gen form SSR? i would be realy intrested to hear some more about it.

 

It was a turbocharger.

 

It started off as a SC, but then they said they could also make a TC.

and I have no idea of what happened.

 

they probably ditched the project knowing noone would purchase their products. Maxima owners are cheapos

 

Buy a $20K-$30K car and then haggle over loose change. Some of these guys probably should've bought a Sentra so they could do more than paint their calipers and get clears.

 

they made the turbo kit for the Altima and said it would fit the max to but they took a pol and found more people wanted a SC so i was wondering what happend any one from SSR would be nice to hear from

Thats not true, you can put a sc on it.

Its 100% possible. THey freakin fit a proocharger in a Z/G

 

you have to be able to pick up a belt on it the 3,5 the cam cover is diff than the 3.0 if you put it on the bottom of the motor you might.If you have seen it on it and all acc working I would like to see it

 

subdocmax what do you have done to your car to run 13.6's

 

cattman y-pipe mid and rear custom cold air 5-30 sin oil 3 deg timing adv and good b/i drove it like I rented it from day one

 

i really want to put a s/c on my car, turbo is just to much work imo

 

so wait, im going to be getting a 3.5L max in a couple of weeks and one of the mods i was looking at doing was a supercharger??? am i still going to be able to do it?

the 3.5 6sp runs almost as good as the 3.0 5sp with the s/c someone will come out with a turbo (I think it's alredy here) yes go with the 3.5

 

I heard SSR blew up three Sentra's with there turbo kit's

 

where did they go they where posting left and right on the board now we get nothing?

 

Prob already rehashed, but if your willing to spend money and play around im sure one of the many Z S/Cs MIGHT be able to be applied (of course not stillen)
