jealous ****'s scratchin cars...
I just got my 2000 i30t. The car i bought had little scratches on it, because any car after a while will get scratches....today I walk out from work, and I know people at my corporate job might be jealous of a 24 year old driving a nice car, but I found a scratch on my car. the pain is peeled off, and it looks like someone dug into it with a key. The have camaras all over the place so who ever did it might get fired.
has anyone had to deal with messed up people who are jealous scratchin up your car? I hate parking lots for this reason.

Yeah that sux..but I doubt it's because they are jealous about 24-yo having a nice car. Come to northern Va...where all the high school kids drive cars nicer than my 2k max....
And you live in NYC, man - it's a big city with alot of bitter/stressed out/crowded-in people who probably don't even need a reason to f up your ride...
One time in my neighborhood, some dude just walked around and slashed the tires of EVERY Honda accord in the neighborhood. Didn't touch any other cars. They caught him and apparently he said he did it "because he was bored and there were too many hondas in the neighborhood"....

That sucks man...i hope that bastard gets fired...i can't stand it when ppl do taht stuff to ppl's cars

Somone keyed my car in the parking lot of my place of employment. Approximately 1,000 cars park in that lot and there are no cameras. I have seen MANY other cars with key marks on them while I'm walking to and from work every week. I have since given up hope trying to keep my car looking new until I can afford a two-car garage and save one for weekends only. Its going to happen to any car sooner or later!
PS- all you members who have childred, please give your child the attention and direction they need so they won't grow up like these thugs that steal headlights and key cars...thanks!

I hate it when that happens. I was waxing my car this fall and I found out that I had my name on my rear doors. It was a lite scratch maybe by a key.I dont know. But I do have the nicest car in school but still thats f'ed up.
