RSX-S vs. 01 SE

Assuming both are stock, both manual transmissions. How would they compare from a dig and from a roll. I think from a dig it would be a drivers race, but from a roll I'd give the Type-S the advantage because of its high end pull. Opinions please everyone.....

I raced one in my stock 2k2 6 speed. 80 mph + I walked away hard. From a 15 mph roll, I was about 2 or so car lengths ahead by 80 or so. He was a manual tranny with intake and exhaust. I thought his car was pretty damn fast.

5sp 2k1 are quick...they should take it either highway or from a stop.

top end on those 2k1 is really good in stick...and if you get a good launch you should get away from him in the beginning because of the low end torque advantage

stock vs. stock, an RSX-S should be faster than either a 2k or 2k1 maxima.

they run 14.9's stock....so a 2k1 would have to be well driven to hang from a stop.....

when i was stock (auto) and my friend had intake (manual) RSX-S. I also had one person in my car. I was ahead by about 1/2 to 1 car up to 60mph.

after i added all kinds of $hit on my car, 100 lbs of stereo, kit, 18" wheel. I lost by about 1 car up to 80

Yeah, god knows that wheel weight w/the added rotational inertia is enough to take ya down right there.

I always burn rsx type s s on the highway and from a stop with both my auto tranny maximas. Yes, I beat one with my 93 auto max from stop by very little and my car is old. i guess the rsx driver couldn't drive stick. HAHA But I'nm pretty sure a 2k1 5 speed Max would walk it pretty easily. But my 03 will burn it rteal good.
