2001 SE front wheel Vibration

I'm having some weird vibration in the front driver wheel over 45mph... it feels like it shudders on and off...If I had to describe it..it feels like the wheel is bouncing really fast then stops or moving side to side really fast anyone have any ideas???? It only does it on the driver side front wheels. I swapped the wheel and tire to the e back and does the same thing. I thought first maybe wheel out of balance or a tire with a bump on it or something. THe car has 47K miles. Thanks for any help.

possible suspension issue...get it checked by a mechanic. You don't want your tire popping out or anyhing

Wraped rotor??

Correct me if I'm wronf but:
Doesn't this only vibrate when applying brake, not when you are cruising at 45Mph?

if its really bad, it will do it all the time. it spins crooked which causes the vibration.

I already replaced the break rotors because they were wrapped. The shudder occurs on and off its not constant. ANd it only occurs when driving and not while breaking.
