Good Luck,

PM me your email for a pic of the drivebelts.

You'll need a few extensions and universal joints, as well as sockets. Then you'll need a ruler to measure tension.

First you need to jack up the passanger wheel and remove it. Put that end of the car under a jackstand.

Remove the plastic cover in the wheel well.

For the larger belt you can reach this with a ratched and extension. Loosten the lock and lower the pully.

Then for the hard part. For the power steering belt loosten the nut facing the fender, then you can get to the vertical bolt to lower the pulley. Before you lower the pully you must move the power steering pump by working that bolt as well.

There are some how-tos out there but they are under the UDP installation, just don't take the pulley off!
-\studman's 2002 Nissan Maxima SE - UDP Installation.htm has a good page but I couldnt find the entire link

Once you have enough slack to remove the belts, put new belts on and tighten them up. Do not overtighten. Adjust until you have the correct deflection. (in the pic I can send)
