TSB Question...please help

I believe I am experiencing the AT slippage from 1st-2nd. I have 85,000 miles on my 2000. Does the TSB have any type of mile restriction or anything? Anyone out there in the Birmingham, AL area that has gone to a dealer that handled a TSB? I have read on here a few times that not all dealers handle TSB's the way "we" think they should. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.

The TSBs are known problems. You can bring it to the dealer and said that the problem existed during the warranty but you were just made aware that it was actually a problem. Some dealer may do the work because Nissan will reimburse them for the work.

Technically once the warranty is expired they really do not have to do the work.

Keep trying dealers until one bites!

as theMAx stated.....once you pass your warranty, the TSB is no longer valid. I tried to get Nissan to fix my AC motor noise but I pass 36k/3yr warranty already. in your case, you passed 60k/5yr power-tran warranty.
