Tsb?
Recall Vs. TSB
I was told by the dealer rookie in (N. CA), that a recall is regarding Safety or emmissions system failure. A TSB is like and advisory of a problem that is consistent and has been brought forward by many dealers.
Recall = Free of charge.
TSB = Questionble charges.
I don't know if this is correct 100% ??

I took my Maxima into the dealer at about 35k miles to have some last minute things looked at including the hood rattle and the guy told me that there was nothing that they could do and that it was a design flaw. Then someone recently posted the TSB with detailed instructions on how to eliminate the hood rattle and it was dated January 7, 2002. I now have 54k miles on my car. So if I took my car back to the same dealer that told me that "there is nothing that they can do" a few months ago and hand a copy of this TSB ( thank you who ever that was) are they obligated to take care of this because there should be a record of this on their computer system. Kind of gets me angry.
