i wanted to know how could i get the lights with the black rim around them i think its the 2k1 head lamps???

those are AE. anniversary edition headlights, some org members did it themselves with some black paint

those are the 2001 Anniversary Edition headlights (not all 2001's have them, just the AE). You can order them...they are OEM Nissan parts. You can also take apart your headlights and paint them like that too....
