Wish I could search and avoid bringing this up. My power roof spazzed out Saturday. It got stuck raised half way up. It took several minutes of playing with the controls to get it to close, but it's not sealed - properly seated. Local stearer tech tried to tell me it needed adjustment and a shim kit. I told him it's not running right (runs very slow). I told him the car is under warrantee and it's to be fixed, not adjusted.

Any history, bulletins, suggestions for this? Sounds like the motor is going to me...

i would try the reset procedure first.

I believe the procedure is outlined in the manual. If the reset doesn't work, don't completely freak. I performed a complete replacement of the sunroof assembly on my 4th gen with a salvage unit for 370. Pretty straightforward install.

Thanks anyway, but that did not work. As i said, it's closed but not sealed. When sliding it back the motor runs slowere and slowere as it goes back. Car goes in tomorrow under warrantee. Motor may be going.
