2 bad ballasts - replaced free under warranty...they failed pretty quickly and the car never even got wet (i live in the desert)....no biggie....almost fixed the problem....but now:

1 bad ring - paid $10 for replacement (just barely out of warranty). i am a little frustrated that i have to open up the headlight again to install the new ring though!!!!!!!!!!!

i think the product is awesome, but i would gladly pay more to get higher quality stuff, so i dont have to spend so much of my time(=$) on baking headlights

I think Umniza should cover this under warranty, but through email I was told just a 30 day warranty was given. I bought these things originally because I was told that they will last for 2.5 years of continuous play. I'll be calling customer service Monday to see what they can do for me. This really sucks that I have to crack the headlight back open.

i think a 30 day warranty is kind of bs since most people dont even put them on within 30 days of getting them since its such a long process, but i do give umnitza props on there phenomenal customer service, but from my experience and it seems others too the dde's arent the best of quality

knocks on wood...

luckily no probs for me so far. i've had to reopen one of my headlamps to re-align one of the rings and that was a pia. but i wonder if their estimated life of the rings are under 'real world' conditions or just controlled testing. real world conditions taking into account a properly sealed headlamps under normal operating temperatures and road vibrations.

I've had them for more than a year and I've had no problems and I've reopened one of my headlights 2 times because of condensation. Just have to be careful with them...
