well finally i installed my DMS pulleys, i paid $60 to install.

the car feels a lot of faster than before, i dont know if its my idea but i think its the best mod that i got so far, i feel HP like crazy.... it revs soooo fast!!!

the only thing is cuz its cold outside when you rev it you can feel very little vibrate but its not big deal... is normal!!!!

thats it for now, my next mod will be tranny cooler!!!!

I have the same pulley on my car for 20K plus miles. The car revs much faster/smoother. No problem with any vibrations as you had mentioned. The dash lights dimmed at idle but when I installed the hyper-grounding wires, the light dimmings are no longer an issue. BTW, what brand of belts are you using? Did you changed both the alternator & power steering belts?

Unless you race your vehicle, trans cooler is not necessary IMO. A good synthetic ATF will do adequate job of protection your auto-transmission.

 

I didnt see anything about dash lights, i used 2 belts (alternator and power steering), it was cold outside? cuz in CT yesterday night was 37 degrees

I already change the tranny fluid at my dealer, no synthetic though, i heard if i change it now to synthetic is bad for the seals, i soposed to do it on 30k miles

 

That's the pulley I have. I felt the samething, it's just great.!!!

No vibrate problems over here.!!!

 

im gonna check it again tonight about vibrate to make sure, maybe was only yesterday cuz it was new...

BTW, i still got the vibrate when i rev my engine, i cant say vibrate though... i got only slight noise.... and yes, you right about the dash light, how can i fix it?

 

^^ Read my previous response. The dimming lights are due to the UDP under-driving the alternator (smaller diameter). The 2 options which will help or eliminate the problem are:

1) hyperground wires.
2) Use LED bulbs since they draw less electrical power.

Option 1 is better since the hypergrounding will also help the engine idle and run smoother especially at higher RPM's. There are some talks of a few horspowers gain from the installation.
