noise while turning

I'm noticing a slight "rub" when turning my car. It seems like I can feel it through the floor and the steering wheel. There is also an audible component to it. It's not harsh, but it's there. I'm not sure if it's a suspension problem or if it's the poor RE92 stock tires on it. I don't notice the problems when turning slow, but if I'm going at a moderate speed it's there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 2002 SE.

Check your tire pressure and tread wear.

Do you feel it especially at around 40MPH?
