I ordered the GT-X because I thought that they would match the stock HIDs well, and they do. just not exactly. there is a bit of a purple hue which is what i assume is the difference between the super plasma and the super plasma GT-X. I think that I would have been just as happy with the super plasma, but I just took a chance with the GT-X's.

I can't say as spending good money gets you a longer life bulb. My PIAA Super Plasmas are gone again. 2nd set in less than a year. They replace them but changing them in and out is a pain in the *ss.
I know what you mean. I had the Super Plasma's as well and just wanted to try a substitute that looked like them.
