Progress on grill project

Guys,

I have made good progress this week on my grill project, I recieved my data back from the scanner, it took a long time, but it was a good price, so I can't complain. Below is my car domain page with a picture of the fit up I did with a piece of paper. The cutout was done using the scan data, I wanted to check on paper before metal. I'm supposed to recieve my perf stock that I am having cut tomorrow. If I get time I'm going to do some fab work this weekend. I'll send a link to pics when I get some taken.

Guys,

Please see the below web page, I finished the first prototype of my grill, it went ok, not spectacular. I still have to modiy the shape of the grill and also do some modification of the bend across the front. It is a double perforated stock grill, so you get a cool effect when you walk in front of it. Let me know what you think.

im not sure, i think i like it. it may be that the holes or mesh is too tiny, it almost looks like a flat piece of brushed aluminum. props on the effort tho, maybe slightly larger holes in the mesh, with a Nissan embleM?

I made yet another step in the grill progress... I actually got it to fit up correctly without modification. This means that I can now go into producing the grill plates and not have to worry about fit up. I have yet to get the brackets nailed down. thanks for the input from before, I am looking into some suggestions of using larger holes as well as forms of expanded metal, as well as wire cloth. Below is a link to a couple more pics I've put up. It is still using the small perf stock, but I got a little closer this time.

let me know if you have any other suggestions or materials you would suggest using.
