Sidemarker Condensation?

i have had clear side markers on my car for about 4 months now and today when i was washing my car i noticed that one of the front markers has a little bit of condensation in it. what is the easiest way to remove the condensation and how can i prevent this from happening again?

Take the lights and remove the bulb and bulb holder. Then place them in the
oven or toster oven on the lowest setting (I used 110 degrees) then the
consensation will evaporate. After seal the edges of the lights where the lens
meets the backing with silicone.

seal the edge generously with silicone- you can find them at any home improvement store. be sure to let it dry and inspect for any missed gaps before installing. then you'll be set
