clutch squeaking?

so i just installed my frankencar intake yesterday and today im out for a little drive and because it was such a nice day i had the windows down and when i was at a slow speed and would shift from 1st to 2nd i could hear a squeaking coming from my clutch now i dont know if this is something that i should worry about... has anyone experienced this before? could this be caused from the intake or maybe something rubing against something when i installed it?

Mine does this, there is actually a TSB out for it, but I don't know what causes it. Sounds like a howling noise. And it only happens once in a while...

yeah there is a rubber boot under the intake on the tranny.

Pop it off and put some high temp lube in there.... works for me all the time

This is where the boot it, it just pops right off. I used HIGH TEMP GREASE...goto your local auto store and tell them you need HIGH TEMP grease for the Throw out bearing in the tranny.

I'll have to try that. I don't know if mine is a different problem but on my car the noise happens when I let the pedal up, and only when shifting into first.

Igor...

I tried what you said to do but not getting results. It is tough to even get in there. I am using a grease gun, but not really sure I am hitting the right spot. Did you use spray lube or actual grease?
