SAFC II install questions...
I finally recieved my SAFC II yesterday . I have a few questions I need answered if possible. I have the Maxima 2001 disc with all the ECU ports and what they are, but I can only locate the Knock Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, and 3 different 'ECM grounds'. Which 'ECM ground' do I use, and is it correct that I only use one and tap into that one twice?(the 1cm thing) Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if this will help, but it does have wiring diagrams. I can't locate the Max on it, but they do have the Cefiro on there which is pretty much the Max equivalent.
Does anyone have a shop manual with the wiring diagrams???? I would like to know too...

Here is the diagram from my 2k2, use the pinouts below for the 2k1.
Check out my pins to your manual to make sure. However I did use exactly the same descrip etc as on my 2k2 so they should be right.
According to the 2k1 Manual I have you should use: 25=Tach, 48=ECM Ground, 93 Knock Sensor, 61=MAF, 82=Throttle Sig, 110=Power.
Note that although you can hookup the Knock Sensor it won't function properly on an OBDII vehicle but its something to look at anyway.
Also you do tap into the ground twice, 1 cm apart, this is very important for it to work. Read the instructions on my diagram.
