KYB GR2 or Tokico HP?

KYB GR2 or Tokico HP?


I need "cheap" non-adjustable struts for my 2k GLE. I am looking for a little firmer ride. I already have RSB. Which shocks are better KYB or Tokico and which springs should I pair them up with? I was thinking Tein H-Tech.

Tokico HPs are not as harsh as the GR2s when it's cold...the Tein H's would be a good choice with the HPs.

My bad...it's the AGXs that are harsher in the cold...

I have HP's/progress and its pretty stiff I recently rode in a car with the KYB's/Stechs and the ride IMO was alot smoother

GR2's are harsh when it's cold? I've never had that problem. I'd recommend the GR2's because I have them. I haven't rode in a max with the tok's so I can't really give you a comparison. I got mine for $285 shipped.
