its plug and play. there is a socket coming from the car that goes into a socket that is attached to the bulb sockets in the headlamps.

unplug the stock socket. There is another connector that comes from the stock socket to a plug that will match the ones coming from the projectors.

I just installed the projectors a few days ago. There is one plug for the Hi-Lo beams, One plug for the Turn sig/parking light and four wires, two red, two white that you tap into the side markers (white to black, red to red).

Also I found out afterwards if you have a 2000 you need to buy the 2002 grey plastic clips to replace the 2000 white clips to get them to fit right.

There should be 2 plugs on the back of the projectors, 1 for the ho-lo beams and 1 for the turn signal - parking lights. Maybe yours didn't come prewired like mine did.

I wired the red / white wires for the halos into the side marker lights (Not turn signal lights. The arrow ones on the side fenders.

The clips are twords the back bottom of the headlight. You will see them when you pop the old headlight out. Remove the two 10mm bolts and pull forward and up. They will pop put. Even though my Maxima is a 2000 I still had to buy 2002 clips (The grey ones)

All done. Any more questions?
