I didn't get the codes read. But to add to my previous post, the car seems to be running rich (there is black smoke coming out the exhaust and it smells like gas). It cannot idle very well at all.
I'm thinking about taking it to the dealership to have them fix it. I really don't know what to do!
The #1 thing I think I should do is replace the MAF. My Max is a 2000 SE 5-Speed. Should I go out and get a 2001 MAF?

I'm thinking of maybe getting a 2001 updated MAF from http://www.courtesyparts.com/ along with an Injen CAI from www.modacar.com (since im replacing the MAF anyways)
