help with dealer service invoice.

I was told last time by my dealer that if i dont follow their recommended schedule, my extended warranty will void. So i go in for a maintenance#2 yesterday which is listed in the scedule for $127 ( canadian). When I get the invoice, I see they have charged me 152 for the service.
the breakdown includes:
Maintenance #2: 127
1 filter, oil : 10.99
DRN PLG GSKT: 1.16
OIL 5W30 IMPERIAL: 7.44
LUBE SUPPLIES: 1.05
FUEL CLEANER: 4.39

What the hell was the 127 for the maintenance for if they charged separately for the filter and oil, plug, oil again, lube supplies?? and fuel cleaner?

Anyone has comments before I go a fire the crap out of them?

Thats what you paid for. They "inspected things", i.e. tires, brakes, hoses, etc. It's a nice padding to their bottom line.

not only that..I needed to get balancing done and they had this board which compared their balancing charges with our mechanics and they had the lowest. But when i got the invoice, i saw an extra charge for $4 for wheel weights!!!! such a freaking ripe off!!

you do not have to follow their maintenance schedules in order for your extended warranty to be valid. unless canada has something else going then you are being had. there have been instances where a claim on an extended warranty had to be backed up by showing the maintenance that had been done but you do not have to have it done at the dealer. i change my own oil and keep my own records in case of such instance.

That's weird about their comment. I am from Ontario too. When I got my Max last year, it was still under warranty and I went to a dealer and asked about what I need to do in terms of maintaining the warranty since I had another year of it and they told me all I had to do was change the oil on time (every 6000 km) and I can do that myself even, as long as I keep all the receipts...
