My Apexi intake makes the same noise, a whistle at around 2500 rpms, i dont think it is anything you need to worry about.

and that's different from the bees-in-the-can sound you'd get from one of em older y-pipes...

Does anyone know of a way to fix the whistling noise from my intake at certain rpms? I know it has nothing to do with my aftermarket air filter, as I have heard the whistle with the air filter off as well as the MAF manifold off. I believe the whistle comes from air going through a fan blade at a specific speed that makes a resonating sound at a perfect frequency to make that noise. I had originally thought it was something like a small leak/hole that air was trying to come from when I fully opened throttle.

Anyways... I was hoping that someone had thought a solution that would help reduce this noise... as the intake sounds great, but the whistle is obnoxious.
