I can always use a swift kick in the a'ss. I have actually just about finished the rear, and have almost ALL of the interior back together...I have been fawking stuck at work until it has been dark out the past week, so no chance to take pictures. I'll try and update the thread tommorow, but knowing my luck, I'll f'cuking **** another picture-perfect day away at work again...it's lookin' GOOD, btw.

AS PROMISED...

Well, my free-time has been zapped down to nill thanks to work as of late. My boss went on a 3-day vacation, so I have been pulling +10-hour days the past 2 weeks...thank god it's done soon. BUUUUTTT...here is what I have been abloe to do thus far!!!

Here's how the interior currently looks...as you can see, it's really coming together!

Here's a shot of the rear seats. I still have to run the bolts for the seatbelts through...but here's how they look anyway. The seats have a much thicker cushion on the covers than OEM...MAN are they comfy!!!

More pics as I progress!!!!

Shoulda... Woulda... Coulda... Its ok! You did a good job. But I think since you went all out, the carpet should have been black (why am I even suggesting, I will never touch my interior). Anyways, good work!!!

Get some original rubber mats – it’ll make your carpeting look much better, and it’ll match with the rest of the interior. Just make sure that they are from Maxima, those generic auto parts store rubber mats look really ghetto…

Thanks, man! I am going to be picking up an AE kit this month, and next year will be a *BLING* engine bay...after that, that wraps up all of my modding until I start doing fiberglassing jobs for people. I am also kicking around the idea of doing some SICK custom trunk fiberglass work... I am thinking of lining it with fiberglassed skulls and wiring red LEDs into the sockets...something really eye-catching. Maybe that will be next year's work.

I am toying around with the idea of looking for a sponsor so I can start doing shows, as the money is now tight as anything since I am saving for a house. Worst case scenario, I have a sleek looking AE with a killer engine bay, trunk, and interior.

Dr.Klop, not a bad idea, I may look into that.

crazy amount of work man, great job, just to put in my 2cents, i think it would look better if all the little peices that are white, like the vents, cup holder lid, clock and door where the window controls are would be black, otherwise its very borderline rice look, sorry just my opinion, but the work looks extreemly nice and neat, A+++ on the dedication.

I gotta say, I am VERY impressed with how strong the midrange speakers respond. On a moderate volume level, you can feel the bass in the steerting wheel...it's simply beautiful. Of course, I have never heard anyone else's system, so I don't know if mine is any different or not.

Thanks for the responses, everyone! I will try and have the passenger seat all done by this weekend...WE'RE GETTING CLOSE TO THE END!

Thanks, everyone! No sognificant progress since my last post...oh wait...all the lights are wired...

More pics mid week, should have the passenger seat done and all of the lights aimed.

And just to let everyone know, my amp rack is for sale. I am going to be fierglassing the entire trunk next year with 4 8" subs (Arc Audio), making my front stage active with a 4150xkk, and adding a 2500-xxk. The amps will be mounted mid-air on a pair of arches.

Once I get all this done I will be fiberglassing the dvd player into the glovebox along with a switch panel individually controlling every light in the car.

PS

2,800th post on page 14!!!!

Ok, nothing huge, but the front seat is done. I will try to get this in tommorow, but it looks like it's going to rain. If that's the case, I start work on the instrument cluster! Here's a pic...

Just some random shots...
