Figure I might as well let everyone know what is going on with the porject seeing as how I have not updated it in forever....

I have the following items left to complete before final posting...

(1) Finish Instrument Cluster LEDs
(2) Rewap dash in suede w/ UV spray, the original has faded tremendously.

The cluster will be done by tommorow or Monday at the latest, the dash I should get done next week.

How is your headliner holding up? Has it been exposed to alot of heat. Did you use any kind of backing? Foam ect.... Alsowhat is the uv spray that you mentioned you were going to put on the dash.

I have some suede that I want to put on my headliner but the shop I was going to have do it said that it would be too heavy of material and would sag on a hot day. The material is about as heavy as a t-shirt or maybe a little heavier.

Is that what was used? How would it hold up to the wear and tear of everyday use? How much will it be and what is the width of the roll?

You should calculate the hours spent, set a reasonable price for your labour and assign a new price on your car. Then insure it for the price you calculate.

That's a very, very good idea! Otherwise, you total the car for the book value and you've potentially wasted a huge amount of time, effort, and money.
