Rigging Remote Starter on a 6spd
I hate wintertime!
My buddy just had a remote started installed and rigged to work with his 5 speed MT accord.
Has anyone tried this with a 5th Gen? Since the electric system on the 2k2 seems pretty intense, im just wondering if it would be a big deal to rig it so the clutch doesnt have to be engaged. Im assuming its just a switch that you'd have to bypass or ground out? I guess youd just have to remember not to park your car in gear and then leave the E-brake on. Ive read some of the past posts on remote starters but they dont really address the issue of hooking it up on a 6spd.
