HELP - put in new shoks...now crazy squeeks

i installed new tociko blues about 3 days ago, everything was fine, now i started to get a crazy squeek from right rear when i hit bumps.

only thing i can think of is that i took those rubber hoses off the bottoms of the springs and the spring rubs where it sits on the shock, but its only that one corner. cheked everything is tightned. WHAT CAN IT BE? THANX!

EDIT:
i dont think its the spring isolators because the noise is very very high pitch, the spring just cant rub the metal to make that sound and it hapens on a bump both bound and rebound, ive got a gut feeling that cant be the isolators. maybe its the shock itself or anything else, can it be the fact that there is no bumpstop there now since i didnt reuse the oem boot? any other ideas?????

The fact that you removed the isolators would definitely have something to do with it. Those prevent the springs from sliding around on the perch and thus also prevent scraping/squeaking noises. I say put em back on.

Also, did you replace the orange plastic gaskets in the top hat? Those are also to minimize metal on metal contact and will eliminate squeaking from those spots.

um....those "rubber hoses" are called "spring isolators"...and they are there to "isolate" the bottom of the spring from the perch so they don't rub metal-to-metal...

Duct tape.

Seriously... take em off and replace the isolators. May as well do it right once and for all.

If it is only on the rear, it should take no more than 30 minutes.

Hell, I lowered a whole car in an hour and fifteen minutes.

When i changed my springs I also didn't put the isolators on because they were all ripped, and i fugured it would be fine. However, it was squeeking so i bought new isolators and glued them to the springs, so no more noise. It is very likely thats your problem as others have mentioned.
