Bump stops different for SE and GLE.

When I was changing front struts, I noticed that that the original bump stops are a 2 piece soft type of foam encased in rubber shell whereas the new SE bump stops are a harder one piece rubber bump stops. So driving over 6 months with the new bump stops, it seems they don't absorb the bumps as well when there is full compression. Anyone else care to comment about this ?

I think thats part of the "Sporty" SE Suspension changes that comes with the SE... You could change them to the GLE Bump Stops if your ride is a bit too harsh...
