Body kit question

I just ordered the max tuning front lip and stillen rear valence. Do I need to order aftermarket sides or will my stock ones be fine?
Thanks

Thats exactly my setup in the same color. I am getting my car back tomorrow. It is going to be fine, most people prefer the stock sides of the 02-03s. I will post pics tomorrow....

It should be fine, but I feel the Stillen sides make the kit look like it belongs there.
Not the MT lip, but.....

I like the stillen side skirts with the maxx tuning lip but the 02/03 skirts go well with the stillen classic IMO. I guess it is on user preference.

Agreed...I had the Stillen sides on at one point and I decided to go with the 02/03 sides instead...I think it looks better

stillen sides flow better with the kit

i would get them since you are getting it all painted at once, would be cheaper then getting them painted later

I don't think they flow as well and aren't as good for a few reasons...price obviously but we can ignore that

The painted mudguard up front helps blend the height from the lower front lip to the slightly higher 02-03 sideskirt. I also think the Stillen front and rear lips fit the body style perfect but there is just something about the stillen sides that contrast the side of the car and they kind of stick out too much IMO. Also, you will never get the paint to match perfect and the sides stick out much worse because they run the length of the car and they jut out a bit which allows the sun to hit them at a different angle than the bottom half of the door which makes the shades contrast even more...I do agree, however, that the Stillen sides will look better with the bigger MT lip than with the stillen classic lip.

stick with the 02-03 sides they look much better than the Stealer sides.......but if YOU like the stillen sides go for them... remember it is your car and your taste too......... I went with the Lip, rear valance and the 02-03 sides.....

Thanks for everyones help. I think I will install the front and rear lips for now and take it from there. Most likely I will stay with the stock sides.

The MT lip sits a little lower than the Stillen lip so imo you should go with the Stillen sides. If you were getting the Stillen lip I would stay with the stock sides.
