quick exhaust question

Ok, So I have a 2k. I live in an area with very snowy winters and salty roads. My exhaust now has all sorts of holes in it, is covered in rust, and it is extremely loud. Aftermarket prices are a little high for me right now so i'm looking to keep it stock. When looking I found that the only manufacturer of stock exhaust is Bosal. I need the exhuast from the cat back. Bosal seperates it into 2 sections. The muffler, universal for fed/cali, but it says that the B pipe section is fed spec. I've been searching and I can't find a cali spec but I didn't think that mattered after the cat anyways. I thought all the O2 sensors were before the B pipe connects. Would the "fed" b pipe be OK. Anyone with some helpful info please chime in.

hmmm, i'm not sure either but I'm guessing there's a difference because of an 02 sensor. Its' the only logical thing. They go in the same, same body, there's no reason for there to be any difference unless there are extra 02 sensors.. Unfortunately i have no idea how many are in the exhust for fed/cali/00/01 whatever...its so dam confusing, i wish it were simpler like the 4th gens.

The FED spec b-pipe has a bung for an O2 sensor right after the main cat. You can just get the b-pipe and weld it shut (or find a bolt that will fit).

Have you considered custom piping? Some places do SS mandrel bent for decent prices.

i haven't been to any shops yet to ask for custom anything, but the OEM exhaust would be just over $200. Like i said, aftermarket would be awesome but the prices are too high, that and not many of them have the stock looking muffer with dual outlets.
