Last night i was drving home and all of a sudden my abs light went on. A few seconds later my airbag light went on and off and then on. Then all the interior lights began to dim. After that, i lost my guages. They just all went down to zero. I was almost home so i just kept going. A block away from my house the overdrvie light started to flash and the tranny began to freak out. I didnt know what gear to go into to. I finally made it home and parked the car. The headlights still were working fine as did the horn when i locked the car.

I got up this morning and went out to try to start the car. It started up fine and everything was functing properly. I went around the block and had no problems so i went and got gas...still no problems. Just a little biut of trouble with the sratup as the gas station. Then i went to go to get the battery tested at autozone to see if that was the problem. Got a few miles, and the car did the same thing as last night, except worse. This time the spedometer started to go up and down when i pulled into a gas station, but i had no tack and no temp guage. I called the tow truck and had it towed to the dealer where it sits tonight. I havent heard anything yet.

Has anyone had anything like this happen, i and freaking out. My only saving grace is i am coverd by extended warranty. Thank god. Anyway, any thoughts would be nice. Thanks guys.

Well at first I would say Alternator... but with a rough ride thats not the problem. It almost sounds as if something big is wrong with your tranny but i donw know how that would affect the dash lights and such. Maybe a bad sensor somewhere...
