camber kits..can someone help me?

Hey guys, i was looking up some camber kits and came across these..
http://store.racinglab.com/ni95maspsuca.html
I dont know too much about the suspension on our cars and was a little confused when i looked these up. It says that all i have to do is change the top strut bolt and put these in. Is it a matter of unbolting the old top strut bolt and putting this one in? and it says that all you have to do is rotate the head of the bolt to adjust the camber, is that little tab sticking out the washer looking thing adjust the camber?
Can someone clarify this for me? i dunt want to purchase these and do something horibly wrong or buy something that doesnt work. Thanks

When you rotate it, it will push the top part of the hub/wheel outwards to correct the negative camber that is caused from lowering. I have a brand new set for sale you are interested btw. Just a shameless plug.

The bolts have a raised side that allows for camber change when turned. I just received my set in the mail and wil be installing them next week. It's a ceap and effective way to adjust camber in our cars. The only other alternative is to give several hundreds to Stillen for their plates.

word is that Stillen is no longer making the plates, BTW.

keep in mind that when you change these bolts, you will need an alignment, since the angle will "pull in" or "push out" the steering tie rod....

how low are you rdropping the max. you dont need them if your doing a moderate drop. and the camber you get will only be from the front anyway. although they are only like 20 bucks for the fastcams.
