easier way to check ignition coils

easier way to check ignition coils

i have read many different way to check if the ignition coils are functioning or not but would it not be just easier to start the engine and unplug each one individualy and see if there is a change in idle and if there is a change then we no that one is good if not duh

well, that's the first thing you should try doing, but sometimes the faulty coil is not completely dead and still works at certain conditions.
