Damn Dealer

well i bring my car in for tranny problems, such as: in the morning tranny taking off in 3rd gear until about a block, slippage from 1st to 2nd, and harsh engagement from 1st to 2nd occasionally. My service advisor started with the b.s. right off the bat, telling me people had seen me driving on the street. i was like "and what does that mean" so i gave him my keys and told him to fix it. calls me back the next day telling me the fluid smells burnt, so i go down there on my lunch, pop the hood of my car and pull the dipstick. clean as can be and smelling new. why because i changed the fluid the day before bringing it in using B+G products and Nissan ATF. long story short they give me a rental for a week after i told them there is a tsb on the valve body. they finally contact me telling me that they will not warranty my tranny and to pick up my car. i ask why? the answer BECAUSE MY CAR IS LOWERED!! can you believe that so because my car is lowered with eibachs, it changes the angle of my drive axles causing premature wear on the transmission. this sounds like total bull
