Changed 6 spd fluid, and....

It now feels worse. Feels more notche (spelling??) It didn't help my 3rd gear issue. In fact it made a grinding sound for the first time. I drove it about 15 miles. Could this be a factor?

I used the Amsoil GL-4 that it calls for. 75-90w.

Did you check to make sure you put in enough?

That is a good question.

I put enough in, it was running out the fill hole a little.

mine actually feels better after 500 miles or so. i did not feel any difference at first, but now it seems smoother. it may be placebo effect tho.

Mine is feeling better the longer I drive it too. At first I didn't really notice much of a difference, except when it was cold. Now, after about 500 miles it's shifting almost perfectly, with the occasional stutter into third while warming up.
