Hey guys, I just bought my 03 Max, SE 6spd. I came from an evolution so a bit decrease in performance, but a big increase in luxury. I look forward to being a contributing member of the forums. I guess I should mention that I had a 95max as well. It was bought new by my father whom gave it to me with 180K miles when it was 4yrs old. I drove it unitl 238K then sold it, but I loved that car. While I owned it I test drove the 02 6-spd max, and I was pretty blown away so maybe thats why I came back. Any ways I have one quick question: I have seen the thread with the 60LED speedo, but is there a simplier way to increase the brightness to the stock speedo? It just seems a little dark at times. I appreciate responses, thanks!!!

Congrats on the car im sure you wont regret it. Like I say I still smile everytime I drive my 02 6speed max even after 3 yrs so enjoy. BTW sorry I cant help you with the lights.

 

congrats, i agree the speedo is not bright at all...

 

If you want HID bright speedo, ask MetalMaxima.

For the evo, I just couldnt afford it anymore, I had a change in job and I just moved to Atlanta, so I was commuting a bit and it was just too expensive. I really loved driving that car but the Max is a whole different world.
