I cant say that I blame them. Unlike describing how to wetsand or install audio(something that is usually blueprinted and standard)...sourcing and putting together your own SC or TC without a FAQ from a company or a instruction manual is diffucult.
The amount of plumbing you have to do with a TC on a MAX seems to be mind boggling and I have tons of respect for all those on the forum who have done that mod. You have to go to the drawing board over and over and over again.
I will say this. If you have any aptitude in animation, this could help you during your mock-ups...
There have been many a time that I was doing a TC and was stuck at a point. I'd spend hours on a write-up, and then get stuck for days. Some yahoo always would come by, use my write-up and complete the task in less than half the time I did, seeing what I didnt see. I aint a hater but taking the bus for 3 weeks when I was 16 becuz my car was up on Jacks...sucked oss!

hahaha.. definately. My dsm was the most unreliable damn thing that it was sitting alot more it was being driven for awhile... So i went to go and buy a beater, ended up with a 2001 honda accord v-6 with all the options..i took it to my honda mechanic friend for him to check out. he said dont be surprised if i get a check engine light and my transmission fails. he said from 1998 to 2002, they all have tranny problems. a week later, it happened.. i took it back to the dealership and there she was.........Midnight blue, 2002 maxima..
I was like... I WANT THAT CAR RIGHT THERE!!!!!!!! they gave me 3 grand off and i drove home and never looked back.. so in a sense, i went in to get a beater, drove away in the end with one of the best family cars with the most potential.
but yeah, with turbo's and FI, its always risky. Even having a car that comes equipped with a turbo.
BUT HOT DAMN MA! WEN I DONE FELT DAT DURN TUUUUURBO KICK IN, I KNEW DEN ONCE U GO FI, I"LL LIVE IT TIL I DIE!
