Drive Belt tension gauge

Anyone use a gauge to measure the correct tension of their drive belts after replacing them? Just wondering if it's a good idea. Thanks all.

I would love to, but good luck finding one that will fit in the cramped confines of the front of the engine. Every one that I've ever seen is way too bulky to be of any practical use.
