should i have the dealer do paint?

heard all kinds of things about the pearl white being impossible to replicate at body shops cuz the pearl coat 'turns yellow' over time? i know there's two coats, white and pearl, that's involved, but can't the dealership recreate it? or are they just as limited as another body shop?
