Lowered and Alignment Problem:
#41
doesnt look like the alignment did much besides changing the toe. adjusting toe takes them 5 mins to do. the caster specs are within range at 2.6 wy, it can be a little different and still be ok

I actually had a similar problem....my steering wheel was not centered causing the car to always pull right even though I had it aligned. so i took it back to the place i purchased my tires from and they fixed it

Hey I found that when initially getting my alignment done at Firestone the jerk that was doing it...didn't remove the engine and trans splash shields cause they are blocking the two front transmitters light beam thus giving you a erroneous reading! I took the car to another Firestone further north, and the tech there during setup noticed the splash shields hanging between the 2 front transmitters so I removed them! Eveything was well with in spec's, No camber bolts needed just a small toe adjustment. I'm running Illuminas and Progress Performance Sport Springs, 18" rims with 245/40/18 Nitto 555's! Runs straight and smooth going on 1 yr since I lowered it 1.75" F and 1.5 R.....

I'm getting this bump steer/castor problem/ wondering steering ever since I had the alignment done. Anyone have a suggestion for this?
