I sent him another e-mail yesterday and haven't heard anything back yet but he's usually slow with the e-mails so I don't know what to think yet. A few people got their headers that never got a response from him so I guess there still may be some hope.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. If he was trying to attempt a scam, he would have not shipped out one single set for anybody. He would have just taken everyone's money and disappeared.

+1 lol...... i know that he send them out and some peeps actually got them but he could let the rest know on what 2 expect and he told me he will let me know by tue but so far no more emails from him, it seems like every time i send him a email from a new email add. he reponses and if i send him one with the same add. he wont. i tried this twice but im out of email accounts lol

I hope all of you turn out ok on this deal. Good luck. I tried to get a set for my wifes 3.5 Alti to no avail, thank god. Good deal? Yes. I will be waiting for the Cattman Altima stuff to come out in the next few months, cattback and headers. Im glad I decided to get Cattmans headers and Cattback through Brian for my Max, at least he answers the phone. Thank god we have Brian. He does not get enough props.

just got an email from him and he told me that at the time when he got my moneyorder all the headers were taken but couple of checks bounced and i am going to get one. he shipped it out today and i will get a tracking # soon. yayyyyyyyy lol

Last week on Tuesday he finally answered one of my 5 emails wondering WTF was goin on. He told me to chill out about how it takes 5 biz days for a check to clear, and my headers would ship BY Friday 3/16 and he would get me a trk #.
Well here it is MONDAY 3/19 no word... no tracking # NOTHING... My check cleared on 3/8... it has been 10 days since that money came out of my account!!!

Listen, everyone. I know you are concerned, however you must consider that HE IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS and probably gone onto other things. This is probably the last thing on his list of things to do. It's a crappy way to do business, but you did send your money to him in a speculative fashion. It's a gamble, at best, as to whether or not you will get a set.

Back to my original point, I am not going to tolerate any whining or public outcry in this thread. POST ONLY IF YOU HAVE A TRACKING # OR YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR HEADERS. I will ban whomever ignores my request, sad state of affairs, but Im sick of this ****.

Like I stated previously...I'm pretty sure he has a UPS account and has his own forms. Once UPS actually picks up the package (Cali time), it will work the following day. It took a business day for mine to work.

I checked it, it does work, although there is no actual info cause it has not left the original drop off destination. Either way, i am pleased and relieved that it was not a scam.

they are Un-coated so i gotta spend $200 and 4 day turn around to have them Ceramic Coated...

This is what he sent me when I was going to buy a set for my wifes Altima. Obviously, his site has been updated, but I swear to you ,it said they were not coated. I know it did because I saw it.

can you enlighten us as to the direct post where you, or anyone else states prior to people purchasing these, they were NOT coated? I seemed to search the thread with no luck. Additionally, by someone else posting that cattmans are stainless, should not lead us to the conclusion that this batch of HS headers were not coated until we received them.

you bought these...you made that choice of your own free will. its your responsibility to figure this out before buying them.
the hotshot site never said that they were stainless steel...that means that they arent.
you should have figured that out before buying them. all the pointless posts in this thread, and nobody thought to ask the most important question.

bottomline...you got cheap headers. you got what you paid for.

im getting cattman (like i stated on page 1) because ive done my research and know that they are better quality. i'll pay the extra money. i didnt buy these headers for a reason.

I appreciate your response, but you did not show me explicity where it states "not coated" in this thread. Mere inferences of this magnitude should not be easily remedied by "reseraching" by a layman as myself. Unlike you, I do not know much about headers, and it never occured to me that these would need to be coated. Nevertheless, I never complained about this, just inquiring because I do not find it a big deal to get them coated.
