I have heard everyone talking about the excellence of Dave, but was able to experience it first hand today. I was delighted with the friendliness and honesty. I purchased a few AE parts for my car. As soon as I get some more money I will be getting more parts for my car from him.

Funny thing was that I shopped at other website to make sure I knew what I was ordering from him. Hope he gets a website up and running soon.

Thanks again Dave I really appreciate it!

Now if we could only get Dave in charge of warranty work!

Dave rules. I don't need anything right now, but he'll be the only place I will go when I need OEM parts.

Absolutely. I bought my engine cover from Dave Burnette. And he IS the man! You wanna talk about a guy who's willing to go the extra mile . . .

I absolutely agree with you. There were shipping problems with something I ordered, basically UPS massively f*cked up. Dave had another part sent to me by FedEx overnight at no extra cost, and the other one is still sitting in a UPS warehouse. He is willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for Nissan parts and I will never buy an OEM part anywhere else.

Dave does rule. I just recently placed my first order with him (Chrome Door Sills) and they got here in two days in perfect condition. Dave is super friendly and easy to talk to.

To further update ...

He called me (voicemail) last evening to give him a buzz. I called this morning and he told me that the back door AE sills I ordered just went on back order. BUT, he scrambled around got one from Chicago and another from somewhere else and when they all show up, will 2day them.

This is what customer service is all about. Because of this I will do like many on this board do. Only buy my OEM stuff from Dave. He went WAY beyond the call of duty and has more than earned my respect and dollars.

And lets face it, the Max community loves to spend dollars!

Dave Burnette

Dave asked me to login today and read the comments you all have posted about him and I am very impressed! So impressed, in fact, that I have forwarded them to the office of my General Manager and ultimately to the office of our platform President. I am extremely pleased that Dave is taking care of your OEM parts needs efficiently and professionally. We at Town North truly appreciate each and every one you and thank you for your business.
