Brake dust on one side only

Brake dust on one side only
Here is my setup....
2003 Maxima SE with AT with 95k miles. I have the 6th Generation brakes with 15k miles old OEM 2005 Nissan maxima calipers (got them from Dave B) with Brembo Blank rotors and OEM Nissan brake pads. I love this setup.
For the last month or so, i noticed that only on the DRIVER's front side i get a lot of brake dust on the wheel. The passenger side looks much much cleaner.
Car drives normally and it does not pull to left or right.
I disassembled the driver's side caliper, greased it and it all looked normal. No rust, no leaks...looks like new. However, i still get a lot more brake dust on this side.
As far as the brake feel goes, brakes stop fine. Car does not pull to the side. The brake pedal kind of feels a little softer but the bite is still very very good and the car stops fast. It may be time to re bleed the brakes....i don't think this has anything to do with the extra dust.
Brake fluid level is at "max" and the fluid is still clear ...i replaced it when i put the new 6th gen calipers 15k miles ago.
Any ideas why do i get a lot more brake dust on only one side?
Thank you!

I see that no one has responded on this topic. This is a bad sign i guess....i may be dealing with "not so easy to fix" problem.
- Could it be possible that all of a sudden, my pads on only one side are bad quality and make more dust? (these are OEM Nissan pads from Dave B.)
- Could this be a problem with my brake booster/brake master cylinder....even though my stops are straight and car does not pull to the side?
Thanks for any input.
