I keep lagging because I'm trying to upload a damn clip, but my codec isn't up to date and so therefore I sound like an idiot telling you about countermeasures FTL.

I added a 22" perforated core resonator, into a 'splitflow' 'race' muffler.

Give me a minute to get this damn thing uploaded.

How much did that run you?

Muffler 50$, 22" perf. $30. Install, 65$. Finished off w/ stock rear piece.

Keep in mind, I wasn't the fella complaining about price. I'm the fella that does data logging, likes to see 7100 RPM, and cannot stand raspy pop

Thats much less than I was thinking.

However, I thought perforated core resonators can hurt performace... Thats why they were not used on the Cattman.

You know what you're saying, just have the terms mixed up.

Cattman uses straight through perforated cores. And he stays away from louvered cores because they are said to hurt performance more than help in some cases.

As for price, I shop at Summit a lot.

Spiral flow thingy

23" Perf core

Thats what I was thinking about... Did you ever find out how big the cattman resonater is?

Any under car pics of the set-up?

Cattman = 22", just like the one I got. Mine is cheaper, and might 'burn out' in true glass pack fashion, but ah well, I'll probably change out my damn b set-up again.. Seems like the case diameter also plays a big role in 'mufflage'.

I play w/ my exhaust a horrendously high amount. It's sickening, well my b-pipe set-up that is. Ok, I can't figure out how in the heck to covnert this camera phone clip to anything usable. FTL

yup, the cattman with headers is loud, but god damn does it sound good!

It does sound loud but also good but IMO I can't have that with my car since I try not to attract attention to my car especially since I have 5% tint on all my windows and I don't want to give police officers another reason to look twice at my car.

You might be suprised at just how long that Thrush lasts. One extra precautionary step I always took with those was to spray over the casing with a high temp silver paint.

2 reasons...
1. Blended into the exhaust better instead of a bright red tube
2. allowed outside casing to last much longer than would be expected.

My car is typically with it's undercarriage facing down, so blending isn't one of my pet peeves. My 12 y/o A32 is old and 235k miles, still no rust. We have decently kind winters here.

This seems like a multiple choice question, but you only gave 1 choice.
