Can anyone give me the programing procedure for the keyless remote on a 2K Maxima. It's my understanding that the programing for the 99 Max is different and will not work on the 2k.

 

On Courtesy Nissan's site, there is a link to the instructions on how to do this. I used this to program my 3 remotes in less than a minute. It's a breeze. I don't have the link, but if you search for a bit, the link for that instruction page was posted in the last 2 months I think. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

I have tried for 15 min. to do the second step (key insertion) and could not get the hazard lights to flash twice. I have inserted the key at different speeds within the 10 seconds with no luck. What do I do now???

I carry around my car key and alarm thingies, the Viper 550ESP and the stock keyless remote,

The reason i carry both of them is because the guy wanted 40 dollars to make the AUX button open my trunk, iwas like HELLZ NO I AINT got 40 dolla!!

So my question is, while we are onthe topic:
Anyone know how to program a VIPER550 esp REMOTE so that the AUX button on it opens my trunk? Is there more involved, like wiring? I just wanna save 40 bucks.
