okay, so remind me one more time... HID related
flashing the HIDs won't hurt 'em. but flashing them with the alarm will?
also, according to sixman's writeup, we can disallow the HIDs from blinking with the alarm, but how can we simply make the hi beams blink instead?

according to my dad's Q45's owner manual, repetitive flashing or turn on/off can result in shorting the life of the bulbs...same for all light bulbs...but HID bulbs are much more expensive to replace than the regular ones...
thought $20 for H4s or H3s were expensive, eh?
....try changing the HID bulbs....ouch...
