Could you provide some additional info:

1. You tried to switch on/off your hazard switch, didn't you?
2. Any event background - was you changing smth. in the car when it happend or it just did "by itself"?
3. How do lights exactly work - at normal brightness but together (like in hazard mode) or the brightness is significantly less than normal?
4. Do they normally flash when you use remote to open the car?

Wha'd u do? I installed Windshield washer leds also amonth ago and have no problem.

How did you connect the washer leds? to your turn signals or just driving lights? If they were connected to the turn signals, check the wiring, something got shorted or maybe the leds are shorting something out.

That's weird - all I can think of looking at electrical diagram is hazard switch which has both lamp wires shortened with each other but it doesn't seem sound for me. When you installed your LEDs - what did you do: just connected them to the ground and battery or connected to some circuit in the car itself? I'd check that installation first because it's quite obvious that you have your left/right turning lamps somewhere shortened to each other. These lamps're connected in parallel to dashboard turning lights and to rear turning lights and to some other elements. So if anywhere in these circuits they got shortened to each other you'd have the described problem. The good news is that it doesn't seem to be too complicated - just lamps, wires, switches and fuses.
